About GuaBase Spreadsheet Compendium

guabase.org is an independent reference and comparison site. It is not GuaBase's official website and is not run by GuaBase, LLC. Neither GuaBase, LLC nor its China-side partner, Shanghai Kunqi Travel Consulting Co., Ltd., sponsors or endorses this site. The official service is at guabase.com.

This site exists to organise and cross-check what GuaBase itself publishes, a glossary, a cost calculator, QC and shipping explanations, and a curated product Spreadsheet, so a shopper can read one place instead of six help articles before deciding whether to order. Every sourced fact links back to a specific GuaBase page with the date it was read; nothing here is presented as this site's own policy or guarantee.

The method behind this site is deliberately narrow: facts come from GuaBase's own published pages, captured with a screenshot and a date, not from forum hearsay or a competitor's marketing claims about GuaBase. Where GuaBase's own pages conflict with each other, this site states the conflict rather than silently picking a side, the 1688 support question on the FAQ page is the clearest example. Where a fact genuinely could not be found, such as a specific QC photo count or a priced shipping example for a named route, it is marked as not found rather than estimated.

This site does not accept payment from GuaBase for placement, wording, or ranking, and has no revenue-sharing arrangement tied to how favourably any claim is written. Outbound links to guabase.com carry standard tracking parameters so GuaBase can see this site sent the visit, the same mechanism any referring website uses, and nothing about that arrangement changes what is written on any page here.

Per GuaBase's own Terms of Service (effective August 1, 2026) and About page: GuaBase, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, runs the service and handles payments through Stripe Checkout. China-side purchasing and fulfillment support is provided by Shanghai Kunqi Travel Consulting Co., Ltd. Neither entity's street address is published on GuaBase's own site as of this check.

GuaBase states its own service boundary plainly: “Restricted goods are not supported. We cannot handle prohibited, infringing, unsafe, or platform-restricted products.” That is GuaBase's own wording, reproduced here because it is the clearest public statement of what the service will and will not attempt to buy.

GuaBase also publishes the service in two languages, English and 简体中文, and ships under a Chinese brand name, 瓜贝, alongside the English one. Its site manifest lists itself as a “跨境代购平台”, a cross-border purchasing-agent platform, which matches the role described throughout this site: a purchasing and logistics intermediary, not a marketplace that sells its own inventory.

This site has not independently verified the two operating entities named above beyond what GuaBase itself publishes, no registry lookup was performed as part of this build, and no street address is published for either entity on guabase.com. That is noted here rather than omitted, in keeping with the independence statement at the top of this page: this site reports what GuaBase states about itself, clearly separated from anything this site has independently confirmed.
