GuaBase Spreadsheet Compendium

A reference for anyone using GuaBase to buy from Taobao or Tmall: what the fees add up to, what the warehouse check actually covers, and what a refund looks like at each stage, all dated and sourced.

Eight categories to start from

Eight categories pulled from the shared product Spreadsheet, as a starting point. Each card opens a live, categorised list; nothing here is sold directly by this site.

What a GuaBase Spreadsheet is, on this site

Three-step diagram: browse or search, check the facts first, finish the order on GuaBase.
This site is a reference and a curated list. The order itself is placed and paid for on GuaBase's own site.

A GuaBase Spreadsheet here is a browsable product catalogue, not a downloadable workbook. Search or open a category, compare a listing’s options, then move to GuaBase for purchase and payment. A category card does not confirm that the item is supported or currently in stock.

The point of putting one on a GuaBase reference site is ordering: it is easier to judge whether GuaBase's process fits what you want to buy once you can see roughly what is available in a category, rather than reading fee rules in the abstract. This site does not take payment and does not hold inventory; it curates a short list and documents the process around it.

Use the reference pages at the point a decision comes up: calculate the fee before purchase, read what QC can show at arrival, and check shipping conditions before dispatch. These summaries help frame a question; the order and payment details stay in your GuaBase account.

What GuaBase itself is

GuaBase is a cross-border purchasing and shipping service: it buys items from Taobao and Tmall on a shopper's behalf, inspects and stores them at a warehouse in Anji County, Huzhou, Zhejiang, and then arranges international delivery once the parcel has been packed and weighed. The service is operated by GuaBase, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with China-side purchasing and fulfillment support from Shanghai Kunqi Travel Consulting Co., Ltd. (terms of service, effective August 1, 2026).

GuaBase also ships under a Chinese name, 瓜贝, and offers the site in English and 简体中文. Its own summary line for the service is “Shop China, Ship Global. Zero Hidden Fees.”, repeated across its help pages as of October 2026.

The rest of this site works through what that actually means in practice: how the fee is calculated, what the warehouse check does and does not catch, how shipping is priced, and what happens if something needs a refund.

The shape of the service is worth naming plainly too: GuaBase is a purchasing and logistics intermediary, not a marketplace that stocks and sells its own inventory. Every item it ships was first listed, priced, and sold by an independent seller on Taobao or Tmall; GuaBase's job starts at confirming and placing that purchase, continues through inspecting and storing it, and ends at handing a packed parcel to SF International for the final leg.

A silent 43-second walkthrough drawn by this site. GuaBase did not make it, and it publishes no videos of its own. One example order moves through the five stages GuaBase names on its how-it-works page, from Find Item to Delivered: a Taobao link pasted into search, payment one (items, seller shipping and the 5% service fee, minimum ¥15), the free basic check at the Anji warehouse, up to 90 days of free storage, a parcel sent by SF International Express or Economy once it has been packed and weighed, and Confirm Receipt at the end. Item names and weights are our own example; no shipping price appears because GuaBase quotes each parcel separately.

GuaBase ordering, fees, QC, shipping and help

Choose the page for your current task. First order: start with Guide. An unexpected total: use Fees & exchange rate. Goods received: check QC before shipping. A cancellation or fault: use After-sales to identify the purchase stage before contacting support. Each page can be read on its own.
